The fourth part of his talk focused on the current trend of exchanges between Taiwan and the Mainland, including a sizable trade. Lastly, he highlighted Taiwan' s cross-Strait policies after May 20 to develop confidence building measures, ease tensions and ensure Taiwan' s security.
