Massachusetts General Court passes resolution supporting a Taiwan-US Free Trade Agreement, April 11, 2005 The Massachusetts House of Representatives and Senate adopted a joint resolution supporting the negotiation of a Taiwan-US Free Trade Agreement on April 11, 2005. The resolution, a copy of which was delivered to Director-General Kuo-tung Yang (TECO-Boston), recognizes the important economic and strategic international relationship that the ROC (Taiwan) and the United States share, and the mutual benefit that a free trade agreement will bring to both countries.
