TECO-Boston representatives attend New Hampshire Governor John Lynch inauguration, January 6, 2004 TECO-Boston Senior Consular Officers Liliane Lin and Pauline Chen attended the inauguration breakfast and inauguration ceremony of newly elected New Hampshire Governor John Lynch on January 6, 2004. On behalf of the Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the people of Taiwan, Ms. Lin and Ms. Chen extended congratulations and well wishes. They also conveyed Director-General Yang Kuo-tung¡¦s express desire to continue strong and friendly relations between Taiwan and New Hampshire. TECO-Boston was among area consulate representatives to be invited, including, in part, Britain, Portugal, Japan, Canada and Mexico.
